- Submission of Documents: By submitting any documents to Codec Education & Services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of the information you provide. Codec Education & Services does not take responsibility for the content of the documents submitted by users.
- Temporary Service: Codec Education & Services offers a temporary service for plagiarism checking. We do not store or retain your documents beyond the duration necessary to complete the plagiarism check. All submitted data will be permanently deleted from our servers upon the completion of the service.
2. Data Privacy and Security
- Data Handling: We take the privacy of your data seriously. However, by using our service, you acknowledge that Codec Education & Services is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to the data you submit. Users share their information and documents at their own risk.
- Communication: We only store your email address and mobile number for communication purposes. We do not sell, share, or misuse your personal information.
3. Payment and Refunds
- Pricing: Codec Education & Services charges ₹200 INR for users in India and $5 USD for users outside India for plagiarism report checking. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
- Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a one-click refund policy. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your report to initiate the refund process.
4. Service Limitations
- Accuracy of Results: While we strive to provide accurate and reliable plagiarism reports, Codec Education & Services does not guarantee that the results will be error-free or meet all user expectations. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis.
- No Liability: Codec Education & Services is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from the use of our plagiarism detection services, including academic or professional repercussions.
5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Codec Education & Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly.
6. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
